Les Vergers Boiron, a French company and global leader, offers its exceptional ambient pineapple puree to the most demanding gastronomy professionals (Pastry Chefs, Chefs, and Mixologists).

This ambient fruit puree offers the best in terms of flavor and quality, with the highest fruit content on the market.

Made in France, it is exclusively based on Extra Sweet Pineapples from Costa Rica and the Philippines, a variety renowned for its sweetness, aromatic intensity, and low acidity. Only the most flavorful pieces are selected. It has a bright golden-yellow color, a rich, intense, and deliciously sweet aromatic profile, and a pulpy, authentic texture, similar to fresh fruit. It guarantees consistent organoleptic quality, essential for all your creations.

This ambient solution is unique on the market due to its composition. It is sugar-free and contains no preservatives, artificial flavors, or colorings, thus meeting the highest expectations for ingredient purity and traceability.
