You can enjoy it plain or enhanced with fish, pasta, or tofu, for example. The dehydrated shellfish broth is ideal for poaching fish, reducing sauces or as a cooking base for pasta or risottos. Remember to stir occasionally during infusion and before removing the sachet. It's ready, enjoy your preparation!
