Ingredients

100% durum wheat bulgur.

Fine white bulgur has wheat granules with an ocher cream color. The meaning of the name of this product is precisely cracked wheat. Fine, it can be used especially for traditional recipes like tabbouleh or Lebanese "kebbe" (a paste of bulgur and minced meat). Made from durum wheat, it keeps for a very long time, its smell and taste are typical, and there are no foreign elements. To prepare a good dish, allow 60 to 80 grams of bulgur per person. Rehydrate it with a little water for 15 minutes, then season to your taste and mix with other ingredients to make salads, semolina cakes, etc.
