Ingredients

Black truffles (Tuber melanosporum), black truffle juice (water, salt).

These Médelys black truffle pieces are small fragments and pieces of truffle mixed with a little water, truffle juice, and salt. The truffle pieces are cooked, so they offer less flavor than fresh truffles, but their association with truffle juice gives them a more pronounced taste.

The pieces are ideal in pasta, risottos, and gratins. You can also add them to an omelet or to make truffle butter or sauce.
