Frozen Black Currant Stalked Vergers Boiron Has A Tart Flavor And Intense, Typical Of Fresh Fruit. It Has A Skin And A Black Flesh. There Is No Taint.

Ingredients

100% Blackcurrant.

Boiron Orchards' frozen destemmed blackcurrant has a tangy and intense flavor, typical of the fresh fruit. With its intense black color, the product will make your mouth water for your blackcurrant sorbet. There are no parasitic odors that could alter the delicious taste of the blackcurrant, for example, in a blackcurrant lemon cream verrine. Let yourself be tempted by sweet/savory preparations, such as duck breast with whole blackcurrant sauce. It's impossible to resist the sight of delicious blackcurrant macarons!
