100% Pinot Noir
The color is a deep ruby with orange/brick hues.
The nose is intense; we travel between spices and red fruits without really knowing which dominates.
The palate is exceptionally balanced, with lovely spicy notes on the finish.
This sublime wine will delight great Burgundy enthusiasts. It will pair perfectly with roasted lamb, osso buco, or all kinds of game.
