The color is brilliant with fine, beautiful bubbles.

The nose is aromatic, with white flowers predominating before light aromas of white fruits and citrus.

The palate is elegant and balanced. The champagne has a relative tension. The fine bubbles perceived visually are perfectly felt in the mouth, and the aromas of white flowers and citrus are present.

It is balance with a capital B. It will perfectly accompany your meal starters and pair wonderfully with a small white fish or a light goat cheese.
