100% Pinot Noir

The color is intense. Beautiful golden with medium-sized bubbles.

The nose is fresh, spicy and fruity.

The palate is full-bodied. Very complex. We navigate by sight, between aromas of white fruits, dried fruits, dried herbs (tobacco, rosemary, garrigue...).

A Magnificent Champagne with a capital M. Both complex and surprising, it is to be put in the hands of a great connoisseur. It will perfectly accompany foie gras or a sweet and savory dish.
