The color is brilliant with beautiful fine bubbles.

The Nose is aromatic, white flowers predominate before light aromas of white fruits and citrus.

The Palate is elegant and balanced. The champagne has a relative tension. The fine bubbles perceived visually are perfectly felt on the palate and the aromas of white flowers and citrus are present.

It is balance with a capital B. It will perfectly accompany your meal starters and will pair perfectly with a small white fish or a light goat cheese.
