Ingredients

100% Gros Manseng

The color is pale yellow with lovely green reflections.

The nose is quite fresh with menthol aromas, followed by notes of exotic fruits or slightly candied yellow fruits.

The palate is fresh on the attack, then gives way to a light and elegant sweetness. Very pleasant on the palate.

This "little" sweet wine is an ideal companion for your summer aperitifs. It will perfectly accompany a blue cheese.
