It's the new craze among chefs: these small toasted white sesame seeds with wasabi are a very popular traditional condiment in Japan, used to accompany white rice, fish, and marinades. Wasabi and sesame are two inseparable ingredients in Japanese cuisine and are widely used, for example, in making sushi. Original and surprising, they will undoubtedly become your best culinary asset for adding nutty notes and incorporating the delicate spice of wasabi into all your recipes, from the simplest to the wildest! Fun, delicious, surprising, and above all incredibly crunchy, they will wonderfully enhance white rice, marinades, fish carpaccios, breads and cheeses, and raw vegetable salads.
