Suggestions d'utilisation

Lemon thyme gives this flavored olive oil its signature: a fresh, almost citrusy scent that evokes the sun-drenched scrublands of the Mediterranean.

In the kitchen, this lemon thyme-infused olive oil subtly replaces lemon zest or juice, without the acidity. It enhances a marinade, enlivens grilled meat or fish, flavors an asparagus risotto, and highlights a tomato salad or fresh goat cheese.

On the sweet side, it is a delightful surprise over strawberry carpaccio, lemon pound cake, or a peach clafoutis.

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil 50%, lemon thyme infused olive oil
(extra virgin olive oil 37.7%, lemon thyme 12.3%).

This preparation will enhance your marinades, as well as yourgrilled meat and fish dishesby subtly replacing lemon.

It is perfect for flavoring an asparagus risotto or simply elevating atomato salador fresh goat cheese.

Chef's tip:drizzle it on at the end, off the heat, to preserve the delicacy of its aromas.
