Ingredients

100% Beluga lentils.

Easy to prepare, Beluga lentils lend themselves to all kinds of culinary creations: in soups, salads, or as a side dish. The history of lentils dates back to the Neolithic period. They were much larger back then and were a staple in the diets of Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans.
