Grown and packed at the Ferme des 3 Rois in Le Puiset, these Anicia variety green lentils are delicious. With their subtle nutty flavour, they can be enjoyed in salads, as an accompaniment to salted pork or sausages, or even as a spread. Every year, 15 tonnes of green lentils certified as organic are harvested.
Green lentils are a source of antioxidants, protein, fibre, iron and zinc.
