Cultivé En Afrique Depuis Plusieurs Millénaires, Le Millet Est Une Céréale Reconnue Pour Ses Propriétés Nutritives. Afin De Valoriser L'Agriculture Locale, Priméal A Sélectionné Un Millet Cultivé En Vendée.

Ingredients

Millet* grown and hulled in France
*from organic farming

Cultivated in Africa for several millennia, millet is a cereal recognized for its nutritional properties. To promote local agriculture, Priméal has selected millet grown in Vendée.
Rinse and cook 1 volume of millet in 2 to 3 volumes of water, covered, for 20 min., then season with salt. To get a more separated grain, we recommend toasting the millet grains before adding the water.
Pleasant in gratins or as a base for stuffing.
