Frozen Melon Puree Is Obtained By Crushing And Refining Fruit, From Selected Varieties Of Items And Assemblies To Ensure Odor, Color And Flavor Typical Of Fresh Fruit. It Offers A Smooth Texture Devoid Of Bitterness And Acidity. The Product Surprised By Its Large Olfactory Intensity, Good Mouthfeel And Aromatic Richness. The Flavor Is Moderately Sweet.

To preserve the quality of the fruit puree, defrost it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.

To facilitate demoulding or cutting, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.

Defrost all of the frozen fruit puree and mix it for optimal homogeneity.

Defrosting and storage are the responsibility of the user, in compliance with good hygiene practices and HACCP.
