The Blueberry Puree Frozen Vergers Boiron Is Obtained By Crushing And Refining Fruit From Selected Varieties Of Items And Assemblies To Ensure Odor, Color And Flavor Typical Of Fresh Fruit. The Three Advantages Of This Blackcurrant Puree Is His Strong Rich Flavors, Long Finish And Its Large Olfactory Intensity. Its Taste Is Tangy, Slightly Sweet, Noted A Slight Hint Of Bitterness.

To preserve the quality of the fruit purée, thaw it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.
To facilitate unmolding or cutting, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.
Thaw the entire purée and mix it for optimal homogeneity.
