Red rhubarb purée - 1kg

Les vergers Boiron red rhubarb purée is crafted from the Framboza Red variety, also known as malinowa in Polish, a name that means "raspberry," referring to the pinkish hue of its stalks. This variety of rhubarb is distinguished by its intense red color and naturally sweet notes, which are much milder than those of green varieties.

Harvested between May and August, only the edible stalks are collected, carefully washed, cut, and then flash-frozen on-site to preserve their freshness and texture. To ensure a high-quality red rhubarb purée, each batch is rigorously sorted based on the intensity of its color, an essential step to guarantee product consistency and quality.
