Ingredients

100% dried Corinth grapes.

Corinthian raisins are small, completely stemmed, and oval in shape. Their slightly shiny, dark to bluish-black and possibly reddish color offers a tender and moist flesh. Their flavor and aroma are balanced, sweet, distinct, and natural. These raisins come from the "Vitis Vinifera L" located in southern Greece. After harvesting, the grapes are sun-dried, then washed, sorted, graded, and coated with edible oil shortly before export. Their flavor is thus preserved until use in your grated carrot or red cabbage salad recipes. As useful in savory dishes as in sweet preparations, Geobres Corinthian raisins are a must-have in your kitchen!
