The pure duck Rillettes terrine is made from "Picaillon" duck drumsticks. Barthouil duck comes from the Landes region, raised outdoors in accordance withpeasant traditions. With slow growth, it is force-fed whole corn kernels for more flavour. You can serve the pure duck rillettes terrine as a starter, on a plate with country bread, where it will delight your guests with its deliciousness. It will satisfy your aperitif, with a good glass of Anjou white or, depending on your taste, an Arbois red from the Jura.
