Tomatade is a preparation made from semi-dried and flavored tomatoes. With an orange-red color, its spreadable paste texture gives off a distinct, fresh, and typically Mediterranean aroma and flavor. Ideally, you can spread it on garlic-rubbed toast, which you can enjoy as an appetizer with a nice glass of rosé wine from Les Baux de Provence. Tomatade will help you quickly create delicious recipes such as crostini, pizza bases, or sandwiches that will impress your guests with their taste and originality.
