Ingredients

White wine vinegar (sulfites), flavouring 2%.

Médelys walnut-flavored white wine vinegar offers a translucent, yellow liquid. Its aroma is slightly acidic and its flavor has woody, slightly buttery white wine notes and an intense walnut flavor. This vinegar is a product obtained exclusively by the double alcoholic and acetic fermentation process of liquids or other agricultural substances. It will be perfect for your marinades for fish, onion jams, or pumpkin chutney with raisins, for example. It will delicately season your white cabbage salads or watercress, smoked ham, and mini mozzarella salads. In short: an essential product!
